Upon obtaining the footage from the scene, Attorney Hager provided it to the Broward County State Attorney's Office, where the case was then immediately dismissed. This took place in February of 2010. Just last month, January 2012, criminal charges were filed against the two deputies in question for falsifying public records and falsifying a record.
